Omsk Manufacturing Association named after A.S. Popov Won the “Success Story” Award
For the first time ever the Omsk Manufacturing Association named after A.S. Popov has won the annual award of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide. The enterprise is awarded in “Success Story” nomination for the development of special digital data processing and transfer system for extreme climates, which was successfully tested within “Elysium Shackleton's Antarctic Visual Epic” and was commended at the largest exhibition of electronic equipment in South-East Asia.
The annual prize has been awarded by the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide since 1999. The Federation’s mission is to promote global co-operation and strengthening the relationships between the associations; to provide a unified global voice that will enhance business and investment opportunities in and through Hong Kong. The Federation is a network of 33 Hong Kong business associations counting more than 10,000 individual business executives and professionals in 24 countries and regions as member associates. Russia-Hong Kong Business Association has become the first member of the Federation to represent countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
The award ceremony was held on November 30, 2011 in Hong Kong in the framework of the 12th Hong Kong Forum.
