DMR Association Welcomes Omsk Manufacturing Association named after A.S. Popov and Elcomplus as New Members
LONDON, UK – 29 November 2011 – The Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Association is pleased to welcome Omsk Manufacturing Association named after A.S. Popov (Russia) and Elcomplus (Russia) as new members.

The Omsk Manufacturing Association named after A.S. Popov joins the DMR Association as a Category 1* member. It is the largest developer and producer of multi-directional mobile resistant communications and control systems for special and general technical purposes in Russia. Omsk Manufacturing Association named after A.S. Popov was founded in 1954.
Elcomplus joins the DMR Association as a Category 2** member and is the global provider of full functional software dispatch solutions produced under the SmartPTT trademark. Elcomplus has 13 years of experience in designing systems based on the equipment of different manufacturers, ensuring its compatibility. Elcomplus development and production processes are certified by ISO9001:2008.
* Category 1 membership is the highest membership tier available to manufacturers of DMR equipment.
** Category 2 membership is the second membership tier available to application developers, system integrators, test equipment manufacturers, and test houses.
